Dr. Colleen
Salmon
I am the
quintessential Jersey Girl. I grew up in New Jersey, and it
is there I discovered my passion for veterinary medicine. I
graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary medicine
in May of 2000, but I have been working in veterinary
hospitals for the past sixteen years. I knew I wanted to be
a vet from the time I was ten years old, and I feel blessed
that I have a career doing what I love by helping pets and
their people. I love internal and preventative medicine and
I feel lucky to work here at Bethany Animal Hospital with
Dr. Andre and her wonderful staff. Dr. Andre and I have
known each other for the past 13 years and we make a great
team, especially since she loves to do surgery and I don’t!
I currently live in a house with my cat and my two dogs, all
of whom I adopted from St. Kitts while I was in vet school.
I loved the island and hated the bugs!
I look
forward to meeting you and your pets!
